1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Krabi Holiday Shuttle website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

Krabi Holiday Shuttle provides airport transfer and taxi booking services across southern Thailand. We act as an intermediary between customers and licensed transport operators.

  • Airport transfers to and from Krabi, Phuket, and other southern Thailand locations
  • Point-to-point transport services
  • Round-trip bookings
  • Charter services with various vehicle types

3. Booking and Reservations

When you make a booking through our website or by phone:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of all required details
  • Prices are subject to change based on availability
  • Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Thai Baht (THB) and include:

  • All tolls and taxes
  • Fuel charges
  • Driver allowance

Payment is due at the end of your trip, either in cash to the driver or via credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pick-up
  • Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% charge
  • No-show or cancellation after pick-up time: Full charge
  • Flight delays are monitored and accommodated at no extra charge

6. Limitation of Liability

Krabi Holiday Shuttle shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure events
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Injury or death except in cases of proven negligence
  • Services provided by third-party operators

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate flight and contact information
  • Being present at the pick-up location on time
  • Ensuring luggage does not exceed vehicle capacity
  • Travel documents (passport, visa) for international travel
  • Conducting themselves appropriately during the journey

8. Promotions and Discounts

Promotion codes (such as AT9YAQ) are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated. Promotions are valid for the periods specified.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.
